I was not a kid that ‘got’ cartoons. As far back as I can remember I thought they were dumb. I did however like Johnny Quest and always felt a bit sorry for him because he had no mother.
QUEST: Can be a noun or a verb.
(1) A jury of inquest –Investigation
(2) An act or instance of seeking – A pursuit: a search -A chivalrous enterprise in medieval romance usually involving an adventurous journey.
(3) Obsolete- A person, or group of persons who search or make an Inquiry.
This word is very relevant in my life today. I was on a quest to write a book and have it published. I am on a quest to make the murderers and their families as uncomfortable as they made us. I am on a quest to hold the judge and the District Attorney accountable for their if not criminal at least totally immoral actions.
I am on a quest to start this new chapter of my life with a partner that is sailing on this quest with me. It is without a doubt a chivalrous enterprise involving an adventurous journey!
So far it has been one adventure after another.
