I had the pleasure over the weekend to read Heidi A. Mark’s children’s book “As Big as My Head” to my granddaughters aged 1; 2; 5 and 8.
The kids laughed and were totally engaged from start to finish. For me, I loved that it was in poetic form. So much easier to read 10 times or more.
I would highly suggest this book for the 4-7 crowd as my 5 year old seemed the most engrossed.
We will be making very large chocolate chip cookies next weekend; I’ll post photo’s…
Heidi is a teacher in Pennsylvania and it turns out we are practically neighbors. She is currently working on other projects. I cannot wait to see what she comes up with next.
