So did you all know that audio books are only 3/4 of the actual real life hold in your hands with pages kind of book? Guess what I’m working on all weekend…yeah…cutting out 25%. And yes the same goes for the e-book. I thought I was done, however I am going to embrace each process in this journey.
Did you all see the beach and wedding in the actual church photo’s? Did I tell you all I smashed my right hand in the garage door at the beach? I am not a screamer but I tell you I screamed. The cast came off yesterday but I tell you they still hurt. I am still typing mainly with one hand.
Just one of my favorite vacation memories; She went off the blanket and crawled and crawled [quite quickly] right into the ocean without looking back. We have another beach baby 🙂
My Dad started radiation treatments today for his stage 3 lung cancer. I am very sad for what he has to go through but his doctor is very hopeful. If you pray please do. I know it is selfish but he lives in Florida and I am in Philadelphia and I want him to be able to make it to the book release party. He and my mom have been so supportive…

How about that Casey crap? I am still stunned. I do not know who is stupider, [is that a word?] the jury, the prosecutor or the judge. I am thinking some real bad Karma that baby killers way.
And that Phoenix dust storm! I could not believe a news announcer said “of biblical proportions” that was a little scary.
My heart goes out to the family of the Texas Ranger fan who fell from the stands and lost his life. Just one year ago another fan fell in that stadium. He was badly injured, but survived. You just never know.
I was quite thrilled to be given another sunshine award. I will be thanking the sweet lady that sent it to me next week. It is going to be so hard to choose my recipients…you are all sunshine:)
I will also be doing something new around here next week. I am going to do an interview with somebody very special. I was a reporter and a feature writer for years. I have interviewed some really famous people but I tell you, I must be rusty because I am sooo nervous…
I do not talk that much about my day job. I take care of elderly people who have memory issues or some other trouble. Sometimes my job is just really sad . I am just appalled at how greedy SO many family members can be with money that does not belong to them. If you have a loved one in a facility, please visit often and be wise, get the nanny cam…I’m just saying…
So for you is the 4th of July the beginning of the summer; the middle, or the oh know it’s almost over? For me July always goes so fast. I cannot help but remember that just last July my bonus son was in a horrific motorcycle accident and was in a coma for 23 days. A lot of you were there for me, I will never forget the kind words and I know all of those prayers and good thoughts worked because today he is still here and doing well. So thank you:)
