My father is doing well after his surgery thank you for all of your prayers and well wishes. I am so thankful I was able to be there with him (but Florida was freezing) and then we were off to Oklahoma for book business. Our whole family had this so mixed up..some thought we were going to Iceland; some thought New Orleans and so on..it was kind of funny but also upsetting. The book business went very well and I am now just waiting for the call that says the baby is in the mail 🙂
I found out that I am now a writer with the same publisher as GARTH BROOKS; LEE GREENWOOD and KENNY ROGERS! I love all of them and cannot wait to read their books. Do you think they will read mine?
As soon as we arrived home my husband was hospitalized with pneumonia (you really did not think this post would be without drama did you)? He is doing fine now but I have a terrible cold. I really hope it goes away fast.
I still have a few last minute things to do for the holidays…almost done 🙂

So: My first book is in production! I have such mixed emotions it is hard to explain. I STILL do not have an actual release date (such torture) 🙁
I had such a great time visiting with and meeting the production staff; they are all so talented and I cannot wait until they send my baby back all dressed up and ready to meet the world until then I will be busy trying to focus on WIP #2.
So if you have not noticed the title of the book has changed..it is growing on me 🙂
