The Fraggin Fantistic Friday Fragment Anniversary Celebration Continues …
The Celebration is leading up to the 300th Edition of Friday Fragments. TODAY IS EPISODE 299
Did I mention Mrs. 4444 has prizes???
Friday Fragments are bits and pieces of your week that are usually brief; too short for a stand-alone post, but too good to discard. Collect humorous observations, “Heard” items, and other small gems (hint: a notebook is helpful) and put them together in a Friday Fragments post. Then leave a link to your Friday Fragments post with Linky Tools and link back to our host Mrs. 4444 at Half-Past Kissin’ Time.
It’s not too late to join in on the fun…
~~~~~~~
My Fragments are a bit less frantic this week. Just a little bit less.
I finished the A-Z Challenge!! Having a theme really seemed to help me stay focused. It also helped to have a few posts written ahead of time. Next year I will definitely try to have even more written prior to the start. Our A-Z Reflection’s will be posted soon.
A few weeks ago I was invited to mentor some students who were interested in writing careers. I was SO nervous. They were amazing and I ended up having a great time. When I got home I told my husband I never, ever thought about being a teacher but that fun and the kids inspired me.
Be careful what you wish for out loud. This Tuesday I start teaching a class at Delaware County Community College. The class is called ‘Get Published.’ I am looking forward to it and at the same time I am SO nervous.
24 is BACK!! I have been looking forward to Jack’s return. Where you a fan of the series? I wasn’t at first and my daughter and son-in-law convinced me to give it another look. By the time I binge watched the second season I was hooked.
We’ve been watching Idol. We love the judges this season. As far as a winner we do not have a favorite. I like them all at this point.
I have been reviewing new music for the past couple of weeks, mostly country. At some point over the summer I will be posting those reviews along with interviews.
So next week is the BIG 300 for Mrs. 4444 and Friday fragments. I am excited. I cannot find a thing to wear but I will be here!
I hope the sun shines on your weekend,
Doreen
Early Congrats on your 300!
Thank you.
I wish you were closer because I would love to take a writing class. I took one on my last cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good luck!
I wish I was too! I hope you find a good class…
How exciting about your teaching opportunity! I hope all goes well for you 🙂
Thank you Kathy I am excited and pretty darn nervous too.
Congratulations on the class. Teaching is actually pretty fun, although at the same time it is a lot more work than most people realize. I had a short stint and loved it. It is too bad though that I am too far to take that class I could sure use it. 😀
I haven’t watched 24 but am watching Idol this season and like you I don’t have a favorite yet. They are all so good.
Have a fantastic weekend!
Thank you Nita.I think it will be a lot of fun.
Teaching is the most fun I’ve ever had with my clothes on.
LOL..I am really looking forward to it, when I am not scared to death!
All good teachers feel nervous on the first day of school 🙂
I’m an Idol fan. I thought it made sense that Sam got voted off; he never showed any emotion when he sang. A voice is nice, but you have to have more.
I can’t believe how fast the A to Z challenge went!
Your creative FF references made me smile 🙂 Have a great week!
I am so nervous but super excited too.
My husband is predicting Jena and Caleb.
Friday Fragments…that sounds like fun. Will have to make myself a note and see about getting involved with it. Notebook…good idea, who remembers!
It is a very supportive group, Sandy. I am sure you will have fun!
