Back to the scene of the crime…

Wow has this been a crazy week!  I know it is always tough when you get back from vacation or any kind of trip.  That first full week back to work and the real world..TGIF!!

So of course I will be following along with Mrs. 4444 at Friday Fragments  http://www.halfpastkissintime.com

And then I will be visiting The Crazed Fans at http://theblogentourage.blogspot.com

I am challenging my self to visit each and every site this week…

So, it is nearly the end of January and I have yet to post my new goals for the year.  I am still working on them.  I take them seriously.  I’m talking myself into getting them done…

I had my first Barnes and Noble book signing last Saturday.  It was the closest store to Bristol so I was very, very nervous.  I was so upset because the weather was bad.  Snow, sleet and rain but guess what??  Lots of people braved the awful weather and ALL THE BOOKS WERE SOLD!!!  I was so excited when the event coordinator told me that hardly ever happens:)  I have had several other invitations from Barnes and Noble and on February 11, 2012 we will be in center city Philadelphia.  You are invited!!  Check up there under schedule for more info.  I am also headed to Virginia and Florida.  I hope you can stop by!

My friend Curious George and I

I am so unhappy about this google follower/friends thing.  I LOVE my group of friends and I love seeing you all.  I am considering going back to blogger and linking it to my web site.  I know that can be done, I’ve seen it on other author sites.  What do you think?

I need to get an electric fence.  My dogs keep digging holes under the fence and running off.  They run right into the street.  I am SO scared they are going to get hit…

Lance and Louie

They are just too cute to stay mad at but they have me scared.

Have I told you I am working on not 1 but 3 new books?  One is about those crazy dogs.  My granddaughter is helping me with that one.  You can read about the other 2 up top there under books.

BRISTOL bOYZ STOMP and I are hitting the road again in March.  Hopefully to a place close to you.  You can check the confirmed events up there under schedule.  Check back often…

There was an article was in the local paper today.  I would love to know what  you think?  Good or Bad??  You can find it up there under Reviews…

Have a positive and powerful week,

  • Carol:

It was nice to meet you at Neshaminy Mall on my break. I could not put your book down. You captured so many emotions and opened my eyes to so much. The fact that I grew up in Levittown and knew so much about Bristol made the event seem even more real. You have suffered much. You have learned much. And you share all of this with others. You are a miracle. Thank you.

  • Hey! I hope you will be making a trip down to Austin. If so, please let me know!

  • Are you talking about one of those invisible electric fences where your doggy wears a collar? We tried one of those, but our goofy dog, Nike, figured out RIGHT AWAY that he could “bolt” across the line receiving one ginormous shock, but then he was scot free.

He opted for one ginormous shock every stinkin’ time we tried to put him unattended in the yard.

    I kid you not!

Lance and Louie are too cute for their own good.

  • You have done what you could — some blunders and absurdities have crept in. Forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.-Emerson

  • Good luck with your book signing.

This week my book actually reached the US on amazon.com and have sold quite a few, very excited I’ve been.

    Have a great time.
    Yvonne.
